CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling/Rescheduling your Appointment

Cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment with YHVH Medical & Aesthetic Clinic must be carried out with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. By booking, you grant authorization for this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service value if you miss your scheduled appointment without proper notification. If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour window, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service will be charged. Cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will be treated as a No-Show, resulting in a charge of 100% of the service fee. In the event that you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, and the cancellation fee may be applied.

Same-Day Appointments

Appointments booked for the same day are automatically confirmed and are not eligible for cancellation to comply with our standard cancellation policy. Failure to attend your same-day booking, whether with or without proper notification, will result in the imposition of the no-show fee.
